Introduction[]
Hello Vs Battles Wiki, I have made a the Ink Physiology page for the Bendy franchise. Here I will be talking about powers and abilities of Ink Monsters within the Bendy and the Ink Machine verse. Here are all the powers and abilities with scams and evidence supporting them. Have fun reading!;)
General - Powers and Abilities[]
- Acausality: (Types 2 and 4): Ink Monsters exists the Ink Realm which is stated to exists “completely removed from the marches of time”, while containing its own space-time, where Bendy only resetting time within the Ink Realm upon seeing The End. Which should qualify as Acausality
- (type 2). And it is stated that the events of Bendy and the Dark Revival were caused by Wilson and the Keepers who were altering the Ink Word, in order change its script and to freeze it in place. This is supported by Beast Bendy who states that "the feature is sealed" which implies that the Ink Realm doesn't exists in the paste, or in the future, only in the present, due to being frozen in place. Which should qualify as Acausality (type 4).
- Body Control and Elasticity: Ink Monsters can control their body in a variety of ways such as, milting and/or forming their own bodies in and out of a puddle of ink and becoming liquid or solid, or melting and forming their own bodies in and out of pools of ink, and/or even slithering their bodies through cracks in the walls. Some can even spin their heads around while others can bend their fingers all without showing any sign of paindue to their liquid nature.
Resistance (immunity)
- Electricity Manipulation: Ink creature can survive high-voltage electricity, as seen when they are unfazed by damage from Audrey's stun pipe and surprisingly withstand an enormous electrocution that caused the whole power source to shut down. But most of them will suffer from unbearable levels of pain each time they get hurt. As shown with Audrey.
Basics[]
- Teleportation Searchers and Lost Ones are capable of teleporting to Henry, Allison and Tom’s battlefield in order to fight them.
Incarnations[]
- Healing (Mid-Low): Henry and Audrey can heal from the wounds upon eating food that cause severe blood loss which makes them harder to kill, although any farther harms that bypass their durability will result in death.
Cartoon/Amalgamations[]
- Boris can heal from the wounds upon eating food that cause severe blood loss which makes them harder to kill, although any farther harms that bypass their durability will result in death.
Cyborgs[]
- Cyborgs are a combination of mechanical and Ink Monster as they have least one of their parts mechanized, Tom has a mechanical hand, Bertram is mostly a theme park ride, the Keepers are made out of gears and pipes, and the Projectionist has a projector as a head.
Paranormals[]
- Incorporeality and Nonexistent Physiology (Aspect Type 3, Nature Type 5): Slicer/Charley exists in a ghost-like state which don't really exist, and Ink Joey is astral projection out of memories that only appears to a certain person as an aspect of their mind. However, they are able to interact with physical world regardless of their nonexistence nature as shown with Ink Joey holding physical objects like the End Reel. And Slicer being trapped in physical objects like a case. And Audrey is able to fight Slicer and touch Ink Joey who can touch her. While Bendy is able to crush several of Ink Joey's bones.
Iridescences[]
- Electromagnetism Manipulation, Power Nullification and Sealing: It is stated the Signal Towers were created for the whole purpose of nullifying the Ink Demon's powers so he cannot pass them, and seal the Ink Demon into Cartoon Bendy as shown here. The signal towers also nullify Audrey's powers when nearby them.
- Summoning, Durability Negation and Healing Inducement: The iridescence are capable of summoning multiple Lost Ones. However, with iridescent spots around their body, they are far less durable than normal Lost Ones and are a single hit kill, and heal Audrey opponent upon their defeat easily making them the weakest characters in the verse.
Resistances
- Power Nullification: Unlike other types of Ink Monsters, the iridescences have a special resistance to the signal towers electromagnetic energy which makes them completely unaffected by the signal tower's electromagnetic energy.
The Masters[]
- Same as other types of Ink Monsters.
- Ink Manipulation - The Ink Realm (as the name describes) which is a world made out of paper and ink, and contains the Dark Puddles, and the Dark Puddles can come in different types, which includes: black ink, yellow ink, and iridescent ink, etc.
- Possibly Cosmic Awareness - It is stated that the Master watches over the Ink Realm at will.
- Resurrection Negation - The master can manipulate the Ink Realm which contains ink creatures inside it, which includes King Window, Big Steve, Ship-Ahoy Wilson and the Ink Demon himself who can “consume” Audrey. And when Audrey is “consumed”she cannot respawn in the Dark Puddles upon death.
- Immersion and Dimensional Travel - Wilson (who is a master) has the power to dimensional travel freely between the Cycle and the Real World at will. This is supported by Wilson pulling Audrey and himself into the Dark Puddles which act as a portal to the Ink Realm. While other Ink Monsters cannot return back into the Real World.
- Creation - Due to their artistic authority, the Master can create anything or anyone by just drawing them out from their imagination. This is supported by Wilson (who is a master) being responsible for creating the Keepers.
- Plot Manipulation and Time Stop - Ink Joey states that the events of Bendy and the Dark Revival were caused by Wilson (who is a master) and the Keepers altering the Ink Realm in order to freeze it in place and change its script.
- Reality Warping, Matter Manipulation, Subjective Reality (accepted) and
space-time manipulation(accepted):
Cosmology - Explanation[]
Basically, it explains that a Euphonic Base is a state of mind, a conception of something, as the text says to dispel anything considered factual from the world we call "The Present". It gives the example with a wire. In which, the wire is stretched across a certain area of time and given the name "Euphonic Base". Now, outside of this, is labeled as a "Cromley Vacuum", which is explained to be host to the wire and possibly many others. Using a vessel of flow, one can break from one wire and jump to another. Not only would it allow the person/thing to see alternative timescapes, it would also allow one to control it with proper understanding of it's properties and such. It also says that we may bring elements of one world into another, and merge Euphonic Bases together, creating a new Euphonic Base.
This is supported by wilson (who is a master) implies that the Master can control the Ink Realm and release anything that the Master creates inside the Ink Realm (which implies physical matter) into the Real World and merge reality inside the Ink Realm into reality into the Real World using their pen. This is also supported by Audrey having the power to control the Ink Realm making it better for everyone inside and release Cartoon Bendy inside the Ink Realm into the Real World outside, while was said to be merging the Ink Realm into the Real World using the Illusion of Living itself.
Now using this information, the puzzle pieces start falling into place:
- Euphonic Bases = Alternate Universes (Space-Time Continuums)
- The Cromley Vacuum = Multiverse (Higher Dimensional Space)
- Elements = Reality and Physical Matter (objects and beings)
- Vessel of Flow = Illusion of Living (The Master’s Pen)
Powers and Abilities - Explained[]
- Spatial Manipulation, Matter Manipulation, Time Manipulation and Reality Warping: One can control alternate universes, and release the reality and physical matter from one alternate universe into another alternate universe regardless of their laws and rules using the vessels of flow (flux break).
- At least Dimensional Travel: One can escape from one alternate universe into another alternate universe using the vessel of flow (flux break). Possibly immeasurable speed: the word “flux” in physics is defined as any effect that appears to pass or travel through a surface or substance through movement.
- Cosmic Awareness: One can see alternate universes/timelines using the vessel of flow (flux break) and have a larger understanding of their existence.
The Cycle (the Ink Realm) - Explained[]
“ | Once upon a time Audrey, there was a bitter old man, who has lost just about everything. But mostly he blamed his old business partner for abandoned their work years and years ago, a man by the name of Henry Stain, a great artist and a good friend. In his anger, Joey used an evil machine to create another world, a world made out of paper and ink, where he'd torment his power version of Henry forever more. | „ |

Summary[]
The Cycle (also known as the Ink Realm) is the main setting of the Bendy verse. The Cycle is a nightmarish parallel universe made out of ink and paper that represents fiction/fantasy. However, time within the Cycle doesn't flow in a linear fashion. The Cycle is stuck in an infinite time loop that repeats over and over and over again. The Cycle also contains its own physical matter, including a planet and a moon inside a black void of darkness and shadow. As well as entities ink monsters that appear as Joey Drew Studio’s character which includes: Bendy, Boris, Alice Angel and the Butcher Gang. These ink monsters are also trapped in never-ending loops of their own, always returning to the ink to be reborn if they are destroyed.
The Cycle was created by Joey using the Ink Machine for the whole purpose of tormenting his own paper and ink-representation of Henry Stain inside an infinite timeloop of death and rebirth for eternity. Joey even created an ink and paper-represents of Alison Angel using the Ink Machine in order to guide Henry through the studio. However, eventually Joey was found dead inside his department in New York City due to his old age leaving the Cycle at a state of limbo. Later, Wilson finds the Ink Machine with complete knowledge and understanding about its dark secrets and creates the Keepers inside the Cycle, as Wilson and the Keepers begin altering the Cycle freezing it in place, changing its script and locking away the Cycle breakers; that includes Henry, Alice, Sammy, Bertram and the Projectionist who were responsible for resetting time within the Cycle previously as they continued altering the Cycle.

The Real World - Explained[]
“ | My father once told me, that just because we're born of darkness doesn't mean we belong to it. We're always free to choose. And here at the very beginning there is a choice to make. My father's cartoon world is now mine. To rule, to watch over and to protect. I can make the Cycle more bearable for my friends inside. But as for me, I'm the first of my kind, born of ink but living in flesh. Joey's world is escaping into ours. | „ |
